Low impact, Restorative Yin Yoga and Mat Pilates classes designed for all populations. Buti Yoga is for the wild at heart. We cater our classes to individuals of all levels. We promise our classes provide a non-intimidation atmosphere in a friendly environment.
HIIT/Spin is a 30 minute High Intensity Cardio and Weight workout followed by a 30 minute Spin to keep those calories burning.
One of Cincinnat's ONLY Certified Spinning Studios allows participants to work at their own pace while being led by certified Spinning instructors. All classes are tailored for your individual needs.
